Mid range buzz

Hi All,

I'm using an SX amp, (From a Starter Kit) Don't know any of the specs, but I'm getting a buzz with my mid range notes.

Is this a problem with the amp, or the way I have things set up?

(I have 2 bass' that I've tried and I get the buzz on both.)

Electric buzz? Something rattling on the enclosure? Check grounds, cables, etc.

It's not a rattling, I guess it's kind of like a distortion.
