Two comments. First, the Markbass/Schroeder combination is a good one... loud, light, and the MB EQ is voiced perfectly to widen and fatten the very punchy Schroeder voicing.
However, the 21012 (I had one for a while) is a different thing... if anything scooped a bit... lot's of bass, a big hole in the upper mids, and not a lot of low mid punch. I believe Jorg just puts the 12 and 10's in the same space in the cabinet, so that can get a little funky (i.e., they aren't in separate 'within the cab' optimally tuned enclosures).
So, I personally would avoid that cab in particular, and the 'different speaker size' Schroeder cabs in general.
The new BMF line KILLS (I have the 115L+... technically not a BMF, but voiced similarly). These cabs (the 115, 212 and 215) are lightweight, loud, and while attenuated in the low end, they are quite evenly voiced. They sound GREAT with the Markbass, and at 4ohms, the MB heads have plenty of oomph and EQ power to widen that low end a bit. Highly recommended if you dig a burpy, punchy tone, and are very sensitive to size and weight.
IMO and IME! I have a clip of my Markbass F1 and 115L+ on my YouTube channel.
