Music Man HD 150 amp, any good?

My local music store has a music man HD 150 for $595 (or something like that) i was just wondering if these are any good as i didnt get a chance to play through it

should i jump on it since ive been needing a new amp or give it a pass, the price seems a little high from the info i could find on this amp.

Most MM amps are SS at the front and tube output. Never player through one but they seem to get some love from others on the site.

yeah, i saw that, i was wondering what kind of tone it gets if anyone knows. im going to have to try it out with the mesa 2x15 they had with it.
