Little update . Having a couple beers after I took the wife out for a little date night and I got bored so I decided to clean the badge on the back of the cab. It had a bunch of black over spray on it. You can see the before pic in the first post. Here it is now

I've found that repeated light tapping (as opposed to heavy hits) with a hammer over a metal surface will straighten the metal out. Chasing hammers (round flat metal head) are nice to use and available at hardware or automotive stores. A flat metal bar or anvil works well on the other side but any solid surface will work. Best not to whack it where the printing is.

They have brass hammers at work and when their new they have a fairly flat striking surface. I'll take it with me to work Monday and see if I can tap it flat.

The grill cloth has been installed and the dolly is painted and carpeted. Pics tomorrow when I have more light. also I found that one of the plastic Velcro pieces may be too worn. Is there something I can get from a hobby store to attach the grill if need be?

Yup, I'm just moving the 2 "newer" speakers to the bottom so the top 6 are the original CTS drivers.

It's screaming hot today so in going to wait till the sun goes down till I start on it. Just got hardware for the feet and for the wheels on the dolly. Also just hammered out the back badge so it's flatter and fixed up the jack plate with some hammering. That's for the idea Mr. toast!
