Wondering if this is normal cause i've never noticed it before..
I hit mute, and although it gets quieter, I can still hear it. Volume at 9:00 with mute on is bedroom volume. ?
Sometimes, when I push power, it wont lock and will come right out. Then, when I turn it back on, there is a pop. This never happens if it clicks the first time.

Im getting clipping in my 212 at abnormally low volumes as well.
Well this just sucks.

If I were experiencing that, I might open up the chassis and spray some canned air or contact cleaner around the mute button. Would be smart to get a second opinion from the board before you proceed with that just based on my word, though. |

I would have thought that SamAsh would have sent the amp to a GK authorized tech for you though. I'd contact GK directly and see what they'll do to resolve your problem.

EDIT: Is it possible the amp could be what's causing the clipping at abnormally low volumes? It's odd though that it only happens in my 212. Which.. I have never pushed past bedroom volume.
I think I need to take them both in.
