Was looking at an Ampeg SVT 115 cab today, but it said 200 watts RMS. I no clue what that means. It's an 8 ohm cab, but my GK 700rb says 320 watts @ 8 ohms....so will it work or no lol

probably
i had an svt410he a while back and an svt6pro...the 410 said 200watts rms on the back and it would take all the svt6 could give.
i had replaced two of the driver with what were supposed to be exact reproductions...not sure if they were.

basically just listen for distortion from the speaker, if you hear it then turn it down a bit. you should be fine.

It'll work fine if you do what Mr. Wonka says to do. Ampeg is very good about rating their cabs honestly, and compared to the BS specs some companies give you, Ampeg's are pretty darn accurate. So that means you have some extra room to play with before they blow, and they should give you plenty of warning.
