My MONSTER Bass Rig.... :)

Sign in to disble this ad
Got my 2 Acme Low B4 cabs today, Holy Crap do they sound AWESOME!!! The Mesa WAS mine, I'm going with a rack set-up for these, using a Sansamp RBI, and Trace Elliot GP12VX preamps, and Crest 7001 Power amp. Gonna be MASSIVE!!!

The other rig is a friend of mines.....

I honestly think that my 30w tube head and Bag End 410 will more than cover any upcoming bass gig that I have. Wild, huh?

I still have a 610, a 115, and two micro cabs with an Ampeg SVT-II and a GK 1001rb that are pure overkill. I understand.

I figured I'd try to get a job with a demolition company, and save them the explosives, just wheel this rig up to whatever building they need destroyed.

That will truly be a rig of doom once you get the rack built!

I bet that rig just GOBBLES wattage. How much power are you going to use to drive it?

Beautiful.

One question though, why is that Eden 410 on it's side?

1. With the driver layout, no crossover, etc., it doesn't matter how you position it.

2. And more likely, it has wheels on it.

To the OP, nice stuff by the way, try turning your top cab upside down so the mid drivers are close together.

now that's a wall of bass!

I'd love to hear those cabs; I've been checking out the Acme site a lot lately.

Crest 7001 or CA9 so roughly around 800-ish to each

nice!

I have 2 lowb-2's at 4 ohm each powered by a shuttlemax 12 and it pounds in medium clubs. That combo should really rumble. just about anywhere

I just picked up my first B-4 today as well, but the wife is going to sleep. Literally just walked in the door with it, so no time to play with it, yet. I plan on playing stereo between it and my eden 210xlt once I get an amp that can push 800 stereo at 8ohms.

What's the ohms on yours?

Also, high five for another new member of the acme club!!
