| My OBC410 is cursed (at least on ebay)

Friggin Ebay. I've been selling and buying there years without any problems. If I put something up for sale here, and it doesn't sell after a while, I move it there.
I had a black tolex Orange OBC410 up. After a 5 day auction, it sold. The winning bidder contacts me almost immediately, and says he is "having a problem with his credit union" and won't be able to pay for the cab. I responded back that I understood a short delay and I was fine with the transaction as long as he paid within 10 days. Certainly enough time to clear up an account discrepancy. He replies that he doesn't think he'll be able to make payment then either. OK, live and learn. He either has buyers remorse, or bid more than he can afford. I'm not happy, but I'll move on, and I give him at least partial credit for contacting me and not jacking me around. I sent out a "second chance" offer to the next highest bidder and don't hear back. OK, that's fine, I didn't expect that to pan out.
SO, I relist the cabinet. The auctions runs its 5 days, and sells. I'm happy. I send the winner an ebay invoice like I always do. I wait 2 days with no word or contact. I send him a message asking when I can expect payment. No answer. I send a message 2 days later stating that if I don't at least hear from him in 24 hours, I'll have to open a non paying winner claim. No answer. I get his contact info he has on file with ebay, and it shows a California phone number and address. The guy's current bidding location is in New Jersey.
So I'm out of a sale again, unless he really surprises me and pays for it. I'm not looking for that. I gave the first guy a break and didn't neg him. The second one is getting negged for sure.
What do I have to do to sell this cab!? (OK, that's rhetorical...just needed to rant that this sale seems cursed...TWO buyers flaking out)
What is so hard to understand for people? If you can't pay for something, don't ^$%%#& bid on it!
