my very first amp friend!!

Hi
Im looking for a practice amp!!
(not more than 200 watts)
Something about 250 euros,
Maybe the little five fifteen of ashdown, or the ritcher bass rb-3 of laney...mmmmmmm
Help me!!
Please more suggestions!!

well i was looking for a practise amp and i settled on a ASHDOWN electric blue 180, which is had used oftem for around £120 which is 132 Eur. it is 125 watt speaker and sounds a beast! but imo cant go wrong with a good ashdown..

Here in the US that's = 362.00 US............which is kind of low. The Laney RB-3 ($299 US) looks ok and they claim that it is powerful enough for small gigs. Having (1) 12" should be good for starters. However, if it were myself, I would go for the RB5 which is 120watts and that way you would stand up better in a band situation and last you longer ......They do sell Laney here in the states but they are not are populat as other brands....best of luck

i looked into that too but really anyting outside or a loud drummer and you are cranking that thing, for your price definately go for used gear or else you are going for bheringer if you want any power at all or no power for a marshall type..

get a second hand one if the first one infact didnt even work with your budget you could almost buy another.. :L (if you add 24 euros) i got mine second hand

I have a little Line 6 110 that I really like. The modeling is great to have for practice since I am not so worried about the sound being as pure as my main rig.

this has been bugging me for az bit and i wanted to know, is this your first amp, because if it is then i recomend getting a reaaaal cheap amp that works until you get into a band then get a secondhand amp thats 150+ whattsss so you can do small gigs or else you will spend 200 on the practise amp and find u need smthing bigger for gigging which will be atleast another 200 even if u go bher

For playing with my band our school has lent us an bigger amp, a gallien krueger 210, so i only need a practice amp
