Got a new to me bedroom amp yesterday. It belonged to my drummers dad, but he hasn't used it for 25 years, so I told him I would like to take it home.

AND HE LET ME!

So i just wanted to share the knowledge I have at this point and hopefully get some more!

The amp in question is a Selmer Treble n' Bass Reverb.
It's 50 watts and runs at 7.5 or 15 ohm
It has a bass and a normal channel. I used it for "practice" last night. Only drummer and I jamming but at that volume it delievered some very sweet overdriven tones!

Does anyone know of this amp? I know it is made in England and the serial number is 52179.

I will upload some pictures later today or tomorrow.

It was Selmer's answer to the VOX AC50. For its time it was a damn fine little amp. Three ECC83, two EL34 and IIRC a GZ34. In todays world it's basically a practice amp. Era would be the late Sixties. The unit might need to be recapped after not being powered up for that length of time.
