NAD!

After about a couple months of being main rig ampless and searching I finally bought a new amp. It was a close race between a few other amps but I settled on the Peavey T-Max. Actually received it Monday but finally got around to posting about it and taking a photo since I know this is all fairy tales without a photo.

Other then the EQ missing a few rubber pieces and the classic Peavey weight of the amp this thing kills! I love how you have both a tube and solid state channel to choose from or you can combine the two channels. Also there is a pretty good graphic EQ and a few other tone controls. I have been having fun turning snobs and pressing buttons to see all the different tones I can get out of it. Overall I am pretty happy with my choice.

Here is a picture of it on top of my Mesa/Boogie PowerHouse 2x15 EV cab

Nice!
I borrowed an older MAX preamp for the studio and it was great.
Liked it so much I just bought one, and it was fantastic at last week's show. All the other bassists on the bill were very complimentary.

(Coincidentally, the one I borrowed moved with it's owner to Omaha).

Enjoy!
