NAD Ibanez Promethean P3110
The brown truck just dropped off my new Ibanez Promethean P3110. In a word, Wow! I was torn between this and the Phil Jones Bass Cub; tried a Double Four a while back, but not quite enough power. I think I made the right choice here. The volume that comes out of this thing is pretty impressive for its size and the Phat knob is actually useful. My original reason for getting this was to use as highly portable practice amp (easy to take on vacation with my Stienberger) and as a bass monitor for gigs. After trying it out, I think adding a single 10" cab would make this (small) gig worthy. I was bummed to find out that the Ibanez 10" extension cab is no longer produced. Right now my small rig is a MarkBass CMD 102P, but this may take its place; it's smaller, lighter and sounds very, very good. So, any ideas on a single 10" cabinet? I like the Ashdown Mi10 but it's 4 ohm and this needs 8.
