NRD! Peavey Firebass 700/TVX412

'Found the head at a GC for $200
The cab. was a little harder to get a hold of....
I found her on the innertubes at a store in New York that bought out a old store's stock. It was too heavy to ship as a "package", so I had them take the speakers out and ship them separately! Still pretty pricey though! But she IS in great condition, and MAN! This rig puts out the bass! 'LOVE IT!

Greetings from the North,

That is one of Peavey's finest rigs IMO. I really liked the sound of the TVX412. At the time I thought it was the best alternative to the 10 inch madness of the 1990's. But I couldnt afford a brace of roadies.

Yes, the rig IS heavy! Maybe 200 lbs total!

That cab is ridiculous. I have one myself.

I've been known to bridge an IPR3000 power amp into it from time to time.
