Well, the cab sounded wonderful. I couldn't really turn it up to get pant flapping goodness because everything was mixed and had to keep stage volume low. Sammy Hagar's new joint has an awesome QSC PA system flying so FOH did the heavy lifting. The Wednesday before thanksgiving I play with my cover band trio and I'm gonna go with no PA support and let it do the work!

Had my first full volume gig last night with my new 12/12/6! It was effing epic! I heard it loud and clear all night long and got a few compliments from musician friends about how well they could hear me. Even my finicky guitard though it sounded good. Did I mention it was LOUD?!? My repaired Carvin BX1500 sounded awesome, huge crowd, good pay, great venue.
