Need advice: Amp or cab upgrade first?

So im definetley changing my rig to a lighter one. I actually own a Behringer 1x15 alu cone ba115, an ampeg SVP-pro and an alto macro poweramp 600W@4ohms.

My next rig will consist in a TC electronic classic 450 (I hope that the 150 watt droppage wont make me feel like if i had lost a whole inch of my musical penis) and a GK neo 2x12, wich will weight HALF of what my actual rig weights.

But since i cannot buy both items at the same time i must decide wich one to get first, my brain tells me the cab first but i just cannot stop wanting that classic 450 right now!

Convince me of what i should do first!

Cab first!
You will notice the change in sound immediately.

cab, obviously. and no, 150w won't make a whole lot of difference, and what little it does is easily offset by a better cab that moves more air.
