| Need help with bass amp head decision!

So here's the story:
I have recently aquired an avatar b210 with neo(4 ohm).
Now, the question is, what head do I get that could power this cab? In consideration is:
1. Carvin bx500 new- 379, ample power, 2 ohm runnable so I don't have to get two 8 ohm cabinets later on
2. Used carvin bx1500- around 450. More then enough power, seperately powered amp sides etc.
3. MRkbass little mark iii- slightly less power but good tone and brand to boot
would reall enjoy your comments and suggestions, any tips, or comments that you think would help me!
