Need help with a bass cab

I have a GK backline 600, 300 watt 4ohm amp and was wondering how much wattage I should get in a 4x10 speaker cab. I would also like to add a 1x15 with it too. Could my 300 watt GK amp push a 500-600watt cab? Any info is appreciated!

400 - 800 watts is generally what 410s can handle. But they only need a small percentage of that to get the full tone out of them. Feel free to use whatever you want, just make sure they don't go under 4 ohms together and you shouldn't damage anything.

Sure, but you could still blow up a 500W cab with bass heavy EQ if you don't listen for it distorting on low end. For backline ( as in stage monitor ) one cab is plenty. Let the PA do the heavy lifting and it will sound much better.
