Need help dating a Fender cabinet.

Sign in to disble this ad
I've just found a bassman cab on my local craigslist. Seller says it's a 1x10, but the model number seems to be T-15, so I'm not sure if that's true.

Here's the ad with pictures: http://neworleans.craigslist.org/msg/1932485038.html

The serial # is F059493. I've looked on the Fender site, but can't find any in this format.

Any Fender gurus here have any idea on the date of this thing?

Damn you beat me to it!

EDIT: Sorry Mr Soup, just couldn't resist the post. I'm far too under-qualified to actually answer your technical question !

I looked around and I couldn't find any info either. I know they had a single and double 15 late 60's-70's. There was a Vt model but nothing for just a T. Sorry I tried.

I'm sure someone here has a history of Fender that will be able to name and date it.

Some questionable internet research has dated it to be from somewhere in the late 70s. Thanks for the help! (and snark)

I didn't look around on this site, but, it might be of some help.
