Need Help Genz Benz M Line 200-210

Sign in to disble this ad
I just bought a Genz Benz M Line 200-210 combo. The 2X10 sounds great, but it needs the bottom end that adding a 1X15 would offer.

Does anyone know how this can be accomplished? What oHm 15 should I add, and how should it be plugged in. The amp is 100W as-is, and 200W "bridged".

There is no explanation of how to do this in the owner's manual.

Thanks for your help.

Set the amp mode switch (on the back) to dual mode, your 15" cabinet will plug into the other dual output. Do not use the mono bridge mode or center bridge out speaker jack.

Your amp power will be split roughly 75 watts into the 210 and 75 watts into the 15. You might be surprised at how good it sounds at reasonable volumes, plus you can send the DI to the PA for additional support. The 15/210 combination has a nice tone, stacking the 210 on top if the 15 is the most common way to configure it.

Either 8 or 4 ohms, doesn't matter. The ML-200 in dual mode will drive either.
