Need Help markbass little 250!!

HI , I bought a bass heah markbass little 250 - 250 watts at 4ohms and a cabinet laney RB410 250 watts at 8ohms

I'm a little concerned about my amp if my cabinet won't damage with the markbass little 250 basshead ..

Hey man, I have the same combination and having problem with buzz noises; especially when i use it with a multi effect pedal (boss me50). the buzz disappears when i increase the 'VLC'; however i don't get the the sharp tone that I need. the buzz gets worse when i increase the gain or the 'VPN'. i use a fender jazz bass (with some repairs needed on the grounding and tone knob).

Just wandering if you had the same problem man.
