Need help with rack

Hi,
I just bought Hartke HA5500. Because I will move it alot (and also because of safety) I want to put it into a rack. In local music store they have 7mm plastic or 10mm wood, which is better?

Depends on the plastic, but normally I'd like wood better/.

Depends on your amp - I'd imagine standard depth, as I don't think a shallow rack will work for that amp, but I don't know that for sure...
