need some help with my crate amp. settings

i need help with the settings on my amp. been playing this amp for about 2 months now just to much low. makes my walls buzz when im just practicing loud enough to hear. can someone help me with the settings?

You should always start with your EQ settings "flat"(re. nothing boosted nor cut). Next, set up the amp on a milkcrate or the like, to de-couple it from the floor. Next, pull it away from a wall a foot or two. If you are still hearing too much rattle, try cutting the low frequencies.

they are all on flat. all set on 0
