Need some quick advice

Sign in to disble this ad
According to this review http://www.talkbass.com/reviews/show...hp?product=806

The SWR 4X10 + HORN GOLIATH II is a decent cab, however im wondering if it is of similar value to my beat up 6x10 (bad tolex and a missing front grill cover) and an eq i never use. i have yet to play it, and of course i will, im just wondering value wise what your thoughts are?

and your thoughts on the cab itself, aside from the review mentioned above

very good cab. you'll probably dig it if you have the 610 version.

I own an SWR Megoliath, which allows me to use just the top 4 speakers, essentially making it a Goliath 4x10 8ohm. I dig the hell out of it. I've never had issue with SWR gear.

The cab is heavy but one of the best sounds I ever got was with a goliath II. I play 15's now but, I would buy again if I needed 10's.
