I am playing a gig in a couple of days at a venue with a backline. The backline amp is an Ashdown ABM 500 EVOIII head. Cab is an Ashdown ABM 810.

Problem is I have never used one of these heads and have no idea how to EQ them. I am using a Fender Jazz (60s style) and am going for a warm, deep tone. I have a Sadowsky Outboard Preamp that I occasionally use but I think it may be too much of a good thing for this gig. What do you guys think? Any EQ tips for this amp? Should I use the sadowsky outboard?

Just start flat, and tweak as needed.
