How did this original thread problem work out? And to Mr Filthybass, there's no good reason to mix those 2 cabs. Pick a cab you like, and use a 2nd one just like it.

Your rig is loud enough for any playing situation.

If the guitarists won't turn down, leave the band and leave it now.

No smilies, no jokes here. I am serious.

If you keep this up, you will never be able to enjoy music in your later years. You won't know what people are saying to you, not even your own kids or grandkids. Your life will be nothing but misery.

You only get one pair of ears, they have to last you for life. NO band is worth going deaf over.

Your guitarists are nothing but worthless dumbasses. They can either growup or find a new bass player. You're better than that.

I did a similar experience many years ago.
2 gits playing 8x12

It was only a take but my SVt+810 was hard to come with the 2 gits.

After the take was over I mentioned the gits are much too noisy, and therefore I was not taken.

It was not any problem to me cause I don't need kindergarten.

The ending of the story was not any problem at all cause I don't like kindergarten.
