nemmy made a decent speaker. i actually like their amps better than eden, though i think their cabs aren't quite as good as edens, but still decent. as for the swr, it looks like an old workingman's head but no idea which.

Of course. Is that all you want to know? Whether anyone has heard of them?

well the first part of finding out about an item is to find out if anyone has actually heard of it right? generally most people on TB that have heard of them will give info about what they know about them. i.e. "this is their website" or "they suck don't use em" or "damn that's a find grab em" etc. just wondering if it was worth my time to actually go listen to the rig or not since its a couple cities away.

If there's anything in particular you want to know, all you generally need to do is invest a little thought into forming some well-conceived questions. We can't read your mind. And most people don't want to have to pull the questions out of you - when you could just as easily have asked them in your first post...

I had a nice little 410 combo of theirs back when they were grey carpet with that old logo. It really had a great and LOUD sound. I got rid of it because I was always afraid the amp would overheat, but it looks like that wouldn't be a problem since it's cab only.

If I had money and the price was low, I would go.

well i guess maybe you should move on to the next topic if you dont like my question, I dont remember asking can anyone teach me how to form a thread. Good thing about this forum is that is you dont like a thread there are plenty others to read no need to start an off topic conversation. Ive seemed to get by fine in my last 1k or so posts

Bought a used Nemisis 4x10 from GC
Nice and light and sounded decent but not good enough to be a keeper

The grey carpet makes it an early Eden Nemesis cab (logo is correct). They switched to black carpet after a couple years. Likely a 4 ohm cab. The cabs are pretty lightweight - making them nice to transport. I've gigged Nemesis combos and cabs in the past - they have their own tone for sure, not real deep, but they cut through.

Not sure which SWR that is offhand, sorry - but for 2 bills, its definitely worth it. I paid 2 bill for just a Nemesis 2x12 cab in the past, so to get a free SWR head with it is just bonus! Tough to go wrong as a kick around rig to leave somewhere - wouldn't throw money at a rig and hope it's your gigging rig, etc - but for a beater, it's a no brainer really - as long as it all works. (check for blown speakers, faulty amp, etc)
