Use a plastic electrical gang box and three panel mount Speakon connectors. Should take about 15 minutes to make once you have the parts on hand, tops.

+1.

Though I would use a metal box, for the benefit of having a Faraday Cage around the connections.

Or do speakers not usually have a grounded negative?

A lot of Class D amps (and some others) are bridged, so there is no ground side per se. Also, the Speakon connectors and the cables themselves aren't shielded.

A metal box will work fine too, as long as you don't tie the box electrically to the speaker leads. Plastic is a lot easier to machine though, and lighter.

If you have a rack mounted amp, a back panel for the rack with punch-outs is an easy solution as well.

At the impedance you're running, it doesn't really make any difference to shield the enclosure, but it's always a good idea to have grounded chassis', just like if you were using the enclosures for 120V/240V power.

That's moot if you use plastic, as I suggested.

I made one for my crown XTI2000. 1 male 2 females. I needed a 4 cond for my top cab since it is bi-amped with the mid and tweet and a 2 cond for my bottom cab since it's just a woofer.

Here is a pic of a parallel daisy chain box that I built.

THIS is what I need. Looks very clean.

Could you please tell me where the splice points are in this. I am good with wiring and splicing.

Others would probably like to know also.

Thanks if you have the time !!
