New Amp Day! GK MB115 Content

Yeah, so for the past couple weeks I've been in the market for a new amp.
I have a great "A" rig I use with my main band and actual gigs, but I'd been using my former main amp (Kustom KPB-200, single 15" SRO combo) as a practice amp and for 1-off jam sessions. It was heavy, bulky, and didn't always work properly. Plus it was never intended for practice duty.
The new GK MB combos really looked great on paper, but were on backorder or preorder with no real set-in-stone ship date. I was all set to make use of the 15% deals GC had this past weekend and order up the MB112 and just wait on it, but I went to the local GC last Saturday anyway. Lo and behold they had one GK MB115 still in stock. I checked it out and liked the sound, features, and especially the weight! Told the salesman I wanted it and come to find out it was on their "list". After their markdown and the 15% deal, I got it for $288+tax.
I've only used it at home, but VERY happy with it so far. The line in and headphone jacks make practice great. And it seems like it will be plenty loud for small jams, and might even come to smaller gigs with me.
Can't wait to try it out at practice tonight.

I think you'll enjoy it for practicing and small gigs, I certainly enjoy mine. I just played thru it at a coffee shop tonight
