Hi everyone, how's it goin'
I have been playing through a Peavey TNT130 for about 20 years, it has been a solid, reliable awesome member of the family. It has reached the end of its life and I need to buy some new gear. With budget and dealership limitations I need help deciding what to do and I could really do with some 'non-sales' advice.
Option 1 - Laney RB7 2x10 combo + RB115 cab. Versatile, loud (300w) and looks good on stage, but I have been told manufacture problem = bad gear. Sub £600.
Option 2 - Marshall MB4210 2x10 combo + 15" cab. Versatile, loud (450w) and looks good on stage. Sub £700.
Option 3 - Line 6 LowDown 300 Pro. 1x15 combo, Loud (300w), lots of awesome sound options and toys (on board tuner etc) but looks little on stage and cannot take extension speaker. Sub £500.
I am playing 80s rock/metal/pop in small to medium venues with/without stage.
Please can someone offer me some input to help me make the right choice?
