I am feeling the need to replace my avatar 210 delta. It farts out a little to early and seems pretty heavy for the volume it produces. I am considering a few new things, lemme know what you think.
My needs are more volume, and more solid lows. I am pretty strong and young so weight is not an important factor

fEarful (how would the 12/6/1 compare in volume to a 210 and a 410) |

What kind of amp power do you have available?
If you've got >300-400w @ 8 ohms, I'd suggest a fEarful 15/6. If you've got less, a 1212/6 would be a good bet.

And speaking of which, I need to get on my buddy about finishing up those crossovers! He's been busy with silly things like his actual job, wife and kids, stuff like that... |

| | | | could I build the 12/6/1 and then a 15/6 down the road? Would there be any phase cancelling or other undesirable effects? |

Nope, they are fine together as long as you use baffle layouts that allow the midrange drivers to get vertically aligned. The Cube is good for that.
