New bass head....opinions

Hello there,

It has been forever since I have posted, but I am looking for possible new amp to existing speaker advice.

I have a Bergantino HT322 that I absolutely love. Right now I have an SVT4Pro as my head...I would like to swap out tht SVT for something lighter and more portable.

For basses I have a Tobias Basic 4, and a custom 6 string. The sound I crave is a very focused and tight sound that cuts through with of course some bottom end, but for my style I don't need that super low boom.

Thoughts, opinions...thanks guys and gals.

Take a look at the GK mb-500. Its about 3 pounds, 500 watts and is very tight and defined sound wise.
I own one and use it live. It is a fairly new amp on the market.
Good luck with all that.
