New Cabinet Damage ????

I just received a Genz Benz Uber Quad from a Ebay seller. Sadly it arrived damaged!

Front left corner scratched and a dent in the front on the right side, 1/4 inch square and deep!

Would you want a New cabinet or accept some sort of pay back for the damage? Just curious how to proceed!

I have emailed pics to the seller just haven't got a response yet!

If it wasn't mentioned then you have can get with eBay.

If it wasn't but was due to the shipping carrier, you're about to use the insurance you paid extra for.

If you paid for insurance but the selled didn't actually purchase it, complain to eBay.

Ebay is pretty quick about dealing with this stuff.
