New GK MBE 410 II - 400w vs 800 w model

The new GK MBE 410 II speaker cabinets are out - with two models to choose from:

410 Neo speakers, 800 watts, 47 lbs, $550
410 non-neo speakers, 400 watts, 59 lbs, $350

Is the $200 difference mostly because of the lighter weight, or do the neo speakers sound better?

I'm using this for upright and electric bass w/ an old 800RB

I think the only difference is the neo drivers. Anyone tried one of these? I'd love some feedback because I want one!
