New-look Ashdown MAG cabs

Is there any difference tonally to the new Ashdown MAG cabs (vinyl covered, grille cloth, tweeter attenuator) as opposed to the older ones (carpet covered, metal grille, tweeter always on)?

A guy i know is offering me touring support with Ashdown and I used to own the old MAG410. If they use the same drivers, I'll be happy with that. I've searched on here and apparently the old MAG's use the same blue-line drivers as the ABM series and so there is no major tone difference. The new MAGs dont specify.

Anyone have some experience?
