New practice combo
I have a Roland bass cube 30 but I`m not really happy with the sound.
Been looking at the EBS classic session 60 and Warwick BC80.
Which one will be the best option?
I will use it for practice at home and some jamming with friends.
Anyone tried both?
I bought a Cube 100 for practicing and use it to gig with all the time.
The Roland Cube 100 is a pretty decent amp. I tried to gig it with a jazz quartet (no PA) but it didn't quite cover it. Close.
For less money than the Warwick (80w, 12" speaker) you can get a Carvin MB15 with 200w and a 15" speaker. It's compact and light and you can also add an extension later for a 250w, dual 15" rig.
I recommend this.
I'd also consider a promethum combo
