New rig config

Picked up an Ashdown 4x10 cheap, in virtually new condition. Sounds effin' great. Handles gobs of power, and stays clean even on lowB.

So now there are two amps, and three cabs. Main rig has a Peavey 4x10 on the ground, facing the room. Atop that is the new Ashdown, perpendicular to the Peavey, facing the band. Those are driven by a Hartke HA2000. By itself, that rig is SLAMMIN'. Very loud, clean with a bit of grit, and provides great articulation.

The effects send from the Hartke goes to a Lexicon MPX100. That seems to be the only effect that can handle the bass signal without distorting. The left channel goes back into the HA2000.... and the right channel feeds directly into a Roland SE70 effects unit. That goes to a GK800RB, which drives a Hartke aluminum cone 4x10.

It makes a really clean effect configuration. The dry sound is always present, along with well balanced effects when desired.
