But it is a question about one of his cabinets.... do you guys know of anyone who could possibly make something along the lines of his 212 cab with the 6" driver? or the 310?

You could build the fEarful with 2 - 12's and a 6. I do own one of those 2460 cabs from when he was shipping.

yeah, but by time i spend the money on tools and resources i would have spent more money than just buying one....and plus im too lazy

i had Dr.Bass 310 WAAAY back, it was nice, only sold it because i fell on hard times....

Other than LDS or a DIY fEARful, Baer Amplification will have 2x12 / 2x6 on the market soon-ish

It looks promising, but it's not available just yet. There's a thread here where the manufacturer has been participating if you want to get more detailed info.

thats nice stuff, but "price range in line of thunderfunk and mesa" is tab bit to rich for my blood.....

The thing about Dr. Bass cabs, is that the line-x coating was awesome, the components were always top notch, and the purchase price was extremely reasonable. The several cabs I have used were all tuned well too.

I was fortunate enough to get mine on the used market . . . but we're not going there!
