It's kind of like a disease... I still want to try a DB750/751 and a TH500. Will the madness ever end? |

| | Registered User | | Join Date: Apr 2009 Location: Howey In The Hills, Florida | | I'll celebrate part 4 with a shot of my new GS 412. I have been using DB cabs for a while (410 and 112) and have really loved how great they sound. However, recently I hooked up my old GS112 cabs and was suddenly reacquainted with how great they sound as well.
Some recent gigs have required a bit more sonic potential so I have been considering a larger "big" cab. The DB 810 and 412 cabs are quite heavy for me to manage, but the GS412 is a manageable 116 lbs. Plus which, I have never read anything but praise for the sound.
So I took the plunge. So far I have not been disappointed! It is a very detailed cab that easily transmits exactly what your fingers are doing! It makes you better player when you can hear that!
Photographed in my new man cave "Bassment" that I built in my garage/basement. Keep all my gear down there. No more stairs! Makes for a happier home as well. |

I just becaume an Aguilar owner last week! Can't believe how much better my Low B sounds with two twelves coming from the world of Tens Only. I do want to add a 4x10 cab to the equation, But i think an Aguilar head may come first.
I'll take some better rig pictures this weekend (or maybe this evening) I only snaped the one so far, and its blurry.

I was against "full stacks" for a while until I got my gs412

Quick question, maybe a dumb one, I have the Aguilar TLC Compressor, should it be run in front of the amp, or through the effects loop?
