Official Barefaced Bass Cab Club

With all the interest in BFB cabs, thought this should get started.

Anyone who is an owner or a fan, post away.

Discussions, pics, potential buyers, and looky-loos. All are welcome!

Remember, no pics or it didn't happen.

My first post on TB !!!

I have a Barefaced Compact and absolutely love it. What a sound !!

coupled with a GB Shuttle 9.2 it is by far the best rig i've ever owned

i am contemplating a second Compact or a Midget-T in the near future

I love my Super Fifteen. Brings me back to the first time I played an 8x10. I also remember the first time I carried an 8x10, and that was not so much fun. The Barefaced however is light as air

My photobucket is not working, so I'll post a pic later.

I have a Compact and Genz Benz Streamliner 600 for my P-Bass. Struggling to decide whether I should add a Midget to it (keeping the great portability) or go for a Big Twin? Opinions welcome.

I'm all in favor of keeping things modular to add some flexibility to ones rig while saving the old spine a little bit more

i would speak to Alex - his advice has been top notch so far for me. I am in a similar situation ref adding a cabinet - it would be a choice between a midget-T or another compact however.

I have a compact and a midget.
Its loud, easy to move around and solid build. And it sounds awesome!

The reason while I added a midget is that I also play upright bass. 12" and upright basses goes hand in hand

So when i play larger venues with electric bass I use the full stack, and for small jazz gigs I only bring the midget.

I highly recommend barefaced!

PS: I am a former Ampeg, Aguilar, Hartke, Ashdown and Warwick cabinet owner - Barefaced beat them all (yes even the 8x10 from Ampeg).

Not an owner anymore, but I used to have a Compact and dug it.

I have a tone sample in this thread: Barefaced Bass 'Compact' + GK MB500: Tone Samples
