I mixed tracks from the PR40 and the SM57, but I can provide separate tracks if someone's interested.

Any comment appreciated

Nice sound man, like the playing, too. I especially like the overdriven sounds.

Thank you.
Yes those 50 watters let you dial a really nice overdriven tone at low to moderate sound levels.
You can't push the lows too much or it gets farty, but you can get a driving tone, rich with harmonics from overdriven power tubes. With enough speakers, it really doesn't lack lows.
On rehearsal, I use it with an 810, and I don't need to push the lows past 3,5 to get a full rich tone.

All original except for the cord & the 'death cap', or so I was told... the sovteks have been replaced w/ a pair of matched usa made groove tubes...

Here's a pic without the grill. (I had no idea it came off at all, let alone so easily!) And a picture of the back.
I've wanted one of these for years; I can't believe the guy you got it from had 5 of them,,,

well guys. i want to appologise for not being on in a while. ive had alot on my plate with college, work, band and girlfriend. also i've been having to deal with the law and a spitefull ex. (i'll explain later) now as some of you will know i keep a model of a ford escort cosworth on my bassman when i play live and practice. however the cossie is'nt my personal fave fast ford. that goes to the ford capri. heres a picture of me next to one at a car show.

well my girlfriend heard i was restoring a guitar in ford signal yellow and got me a new amp mascot for my bassman. a mk-1 rs2600 capri.

got to play the bassman while my neighbors were out and i've been using it alot at practice. starting to need a re-tubing

Very cool man. I love Capris, especially the old 60's/70's ones, but the RI's were good too.

Dear lord did you see all the pics available on that thing the insides look good but the external pics of all the tranys and the outer shell was huge amounts of rust. I live in Birmingham where the seller is located and since the post the owner has 1 bid. This person will not get 800 buck for that pile of rust and it blows fuses "without" the power switches on. It just gets plugged in and pops a fuse. 800 bucks is out of his mind. I would pick it up from him for about $75 ....... 800??????? No way.

Haven't visited this thread in a while. Here is a current pic of my TV and twins. The amp is almost three years old and still going strong.

Love the look of the TV Bassman's! They stop making them didn't they? The only thing about them that killed them for me was all that wattage and no option for an extension cab!

150 for the single 10 and 12. And 300 for the 15 and 2x10. Would have been amazing to add a extension cabs for the 15 and 2x10 combo's. Combo for small gigs and full stack for the bigger shows!
