Matt Otto hand delivered my bass this summer and ever since I've been thinking, researching and building the ideal rig I've wanted since I was a teenager growing up around Staten Island in 90's.
All pieces were bought through Talkbass listings.
Everyone I dealt with was extrememly friendly, very helpful and thoroughly honest.
So --
thanks again for the great deal on the Series 6 head Shawn!
thanks again for shipping one mother f'er of a cab Marshall!
thanks again for the dual-band compressor pedal, Eddie!
and a huge thanks to Steve for the immaculate 4052h brite box!
Sounds even better than it looks

I have a road-worn pair of Trace cabs circa 1990, a 1518 and a 1028 that I like a lot. I got them from the original owner not too long ago. I use it with my older SWR head (early Bass 350). Right now I'm mainly using it with a borrowed Carvin LB70P (MM style pickups plus a piezo), which allows for some very Levin-ish capabilities which I am digging a lot.
I'd like to get a Trace head too at some point. |

back in the day. I can vividly remember the ad with Stu Hamm
and the HA7000 head, 2x15, 4x10 and 4x5 cabs.

| | | | 4052H....Nice! I remember when we first took delivery of these for distribution. Sweet high end, without the harshness of most horn tweeters.
Congrats! | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | |
