Anyone know anything about these cabs? they look pretty cool, kinda like emperor style wood, but i just saw these for the first time today. whenever i see big wooden boxes i immediately assume doom/stoner crowd, but just wanted to know if anyone knows anything about these guys, how the cabs sound, build quality, personal experience, etc.

heres their facebook page: Olde Crow Cabinets - Wall | Facebook

I wonder if these guys might be a little concerned?

Old Crow Whiskey, a fine Bourbon

I kept thinking....Damn, I seem to have been drunk once or twice on "Old Crow".....Now they're making cabinets!?!?!

If they were making them out of old bourbon barrels - they'd have a WINNER!!!!

The domain was just registered this May, so you probably won't find many reports.

... perhaps why they added an 'e' to Old.

Their stuff looks lame to me, but I am SO not their target audience.

They're from British Columbia. I've exchanged a couple emails with them. They seemed kinda pricy for an upstart company so I didn't talk with them further.

The band I play for just quoted a full backline.

It wasn't bad at all.

Over sized 4X12 for guitar loaded & a 4X10/2X12 bass cab that can be split, fully loaded.

It was roughly $1400 for all cabs once the discount was figured in.

They offer 10% off any back line purchase. The savings rack up pretty quick.

They also seem to have a better sense of cab design than Emperor. They actually brace their cabs and line them with batting.
