One signal into 2 combo amps

I have a GK MB 115 and am thinking of picking up a second one. The plan is to run a mono signal from my bass and split it into the 2 amps, one dirty / and one clean.

I've ran Rickenbackers in stereo and really liked the results, and want to do it with my mono basses.

What would be the correct way to do this? Some kind of A B Y switch?

I use a Lehle P Split. Can be found on ebay for really decent prices.

Or you can always try a chorus pedal if you have one.
