Alea iacta est! Today I crossed the Rubicon (literally, twice, had to to get to the shop
), and put a deposit on a GB Streamliner 900 and a GB Neo-X 212T!!!
Feels like I'm going to join a different league now. Well, my current amp is no slouch either (EBS gorm) but it simply sounds more bright and sometimes harsh than open and it simply can't do real, deep, powerful bass. Dynamic for sure, but not wide and it really feels compressed when you push it at concert level.
Here is the problem, it will arrive in three weeks!
I think I really need your support now...
