Opinions on this CraigsList amp?

So somehow I am really curios and wanting to try this amp. It does seem a little shady though? I do have a 2x12 140watt 16 ohm guitar cab I can use test it if that would work. ANyone see any reasons that is still not acceptable when buying off a complete stranger? I emailed him and asked how I would know the amp works and he said I can plug into the headphone jack?

ANyone know how many ohms the cab out is?

as long as there's a line out & he'll let you test it for real. ask him that. he should also know ohm rating

I am guessing that this model is a 2x10. if so then I saw one somewhere used for $350 with working speakers. If you replace the speakers then you are in the ball park.
