Opinions SVT350h vs MarkBass LMIII?

I have the option of swapping my current rig (LMIII & Avatar 212) with a SVT350H, Ampeg 410 and 115.

I know what the 410 and 115's sound like... how would the 350H compare to a LMIII? I use a VT bass so the tone isn't such a big deal, I'm concerned about the power. 350w vs 500w. How does that compare?
