Opinons on the Ampeg 200 Watt Micro Bass Head and Cabinet?

I was thinking about buying this. Any experiences or thoughts on it? I heard that the cab sucks and breaks down alot but, you can get great tones out of the head. I wanted to get the head and I was going to play out of my 400 Watt Bass Cab.

Suggestions for a better head for the same price of the Ampeg Head (which the head on eBay is $300 by the way)?

Help would be appreciated. And also experiences with Acoustic Cabs.

I would get the pf 350 if you like the sound micro vr. It has the same preamp but more power 350watts for the same price.

I have the Micro VR and it's killer, both head and cab. If you're just looking for the head, though, I'd go PF350 for the same price.
