orange bass terror 500 with what cab?

So im planning on getting an orange terror bass 500 head to add to my ampeg 8x10 but ive also been shopping around for a light weight 4x10 cab for smaller gigs. The question is what 4x10 cab besides orange brand (pricey and heavy) could I pair with this head? Pretty much what cab would sound best with it.

I use Bergie 1x12's. You wouldn't believe the volume that comes out of that little rig.

I'm using a Mesa Boogie Powerhouse 1x15. sounds awesome with the TB500. I'd imagine the 4x10 would sound equally good.
Edit: The MB 4x10 powerhouse weights 2 lbs more than the Orange...

Bergantino probably. There are many others that I like, but none of them really belong in the "light" category.

Have you considered an Ampeg 410? You've already got the 810, so you're familiar with the sound. That way you'd get roughly your same tone in a movable package. Maybe check out the PRO Neo cabs if you want it lighter.

I was considering an Ampeg 4X10 it but at the same time it tends to be over priced. But as far as the NEO series weight goes it seems it would be a good option

I'm using an older SWR Goliath Jr. (210) and it sound amazing!!! But it seems that in our last gig I blew up one of the speakers... I'm curious if I can play with just an Orange 2 X 12...

Hmm the avatar ceramic sells for$ 485 bit weighs 95 lbs! The neo magnets are about 100 bucks more but only weigh 65 lbs. Have you used this combination?

Mojo-Man

The OBC 1X15 sounds like a good option other than a 4X10. Cheaper and lighter I wonder if it will be loud enough tho

I've got an Ashdown ABM 410. It sounds great for the style of rock I play. Plenty of lows, solid mids, the highs are decent let's be honest. Its been solid for about 4 years though so I can't complain. Im thinking of upgrading to an Ampeg 810av soon. For the wall of sound and a little for the sex appeal haha. Does anybody know if the tb500 would have any problem pushing an 810? I don't think it would

Ask Don Oatman at Low Down Sound to see if he can build you a nice cabinet to match your amp.

I have 2 2 x 10's and I use one for smaller gigs, but when both are in the chain, rich, deep & punchy.
