Orange CR100BXT combo video review by me! =D

Sign in to disble this ad
well hello everybody, I noticed a few others on here (and probably many more that I dont know) have been kept in the dark about the quality and overall the amp itself when speaking of the orange Crush Pix cr100bxt 100wt bass amp (that was me too before I purchased it) So I blindly bought it new from guitar center and have had it for a few weeks now and I decided to make a video test/review of it to just give you all more than what I had when deciding to purchase it, I hope this helps someone make a decision easier!

(sorry for not being more descriptive at parts, I did this rather quickly so some parts may be a little vague, but feel free to ask further questions)

Thanks everyone, here is the link!

The amp sounds good. Try to get more to the point though. 2 minutes and thirty seconds before you played a note.

I wonder how two of these combos would sound together.

hmmm, I'm honestly not really sure, I'm not the person to ask when using two combos at once, Im rather ignorant of that (Ive never done it before) I only know the basic stuff involving cabs and heads, sorry =/ But if its in any relation to your question I found this amp to be much louder than I was expecting it to be for a solid state 100wt combo.

I really couldnt make another purchase at the time, and use my main rig for home practice as well as shows, but two of those combos would look awesome stacked. I always liked the look of the orange gear, I just can't drop $4000 on two cabs and a head at this point in time.

Hopefully your review helps some users that are interested in the combo, though.

oh I understand completely man, Id love to have a full orange stack but that price isn't within my reach and probably wont be for a very very long time lol, I even got this combo for a discount due to 2 previous orders being messed up...but I think it would look cool stacked as well but being that the control panel (where the speaker out and direct out is) is facing upwards right on the back of the combo, it may cause problems, But I honestly dont know anything when using combos together, so my words shouldn't be taken to true because I may not be clear on what I'm saying lol

But anyways thanks for watching the video!
