PANaramic 1210 2Channel

Sheesh, seriously long time since Ive posted but hello to anyone that remembers me.

I just got an old tube amp. Never been around them before, am completely clueless. Its a PANaramic 1210 2Channel. Came from a late friends closest who was a semi-pro accordion player. No pic of the amp right now but I can grab one tomorrow. I was all set to test it but looking at it closely I see its missing a tube. The rest look ok.. well I guess... they aren't black, broke and/or burnt.

The rest of the amp itself looks complete. Its dusty and most of the paint has worn off the wood frame but once its wiped down, (barring the cool chipped paint look) it will look pretty tight. Shoot if it works half as good as its going to look cleaned up I will be very happy.

Anyway, I'm clueless on this beast. I need schematics, and at least this tube for it.

Anyone out there know about these amps and can help me out or point me in the right direction?

Oh and if anyone is interested, I snagged it for $10 ... >_> From what I gather looking around the net, paint mostly gone and a missing a tube, I think that was still a good deal?

Good luck finding something out about this. I've not heard of these before. Looking forward to seeing pics.

Its made by Magnatone from what Ive been able to find so far online. I saw one listed as a 1960 and another one listed as a 1963. They are not 'new' amps LOL.

All I know is once I get the tube rounded up for it and hopefully thats all it needs, I cant wait to play my Ric through it, or the Fender.. or the T40..

It's good to see you back!

It's not one that I know about, but here's some googled assistance...

Here it is on Rory's, website. The site does require registration, then I suspect you can view the specs, or contact Rory.

Also, see post #2 here and see if Jeff Hitman can email you his schematic. This is an old post, and maybe his email still works.

Very interesting. Looking forward to the initial pics and of course, the "here's how I cleaned it up and got it running" pictorial.
